A Legacy Reimagined: The Windsor Schoolhouse

Originally constructed in 1888, this landmark two- and three-story brick schoolhouse has been a cornerstone of the historic Walnut Hills neighborhood for over a century. Expanded in 1918 with a grand gymnasium and auditorium, the building served generations of students until June 2004. In 2017, these historic halls were meticulously redesigned into 41 luxury flats. Today, each residence features a one-of-a-kind floor plan that honors the building's storied past while offering the height of modern sophistication.

Pet-Friendly Living

We are proud to offer a welcoming environment for you and your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable community for everyone, we allow a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment home. Upon move-in (or when adding a new pet to your household), a $250 non-refundable fee is required for each pet. Residents also pay a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. All applicants are required to complete a profile through our third-party screening service to ensure formalized policy acknowledgment and accurate records.
