New Windsor is the former playground of the historical Windsor Flats elementary school. New Windsor is a three-story, striking building that was constructed in 2017 and opened in May of 2018. This beautifully modernly designed building houses 50 luxury flats with balconies or patios, which offer modern and thoughtfully designed open concept kitchens and living rooms.

Pet-Friendly Living

We are proud to offer a welcoming environment for you and your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable community for everyone, we allow a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment home. Upon move-in (or when adding a new pet to your household), a $250 non-refundable fee is required for each pet. Residents also pay a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. All applicants are required to complete a profile through our third-party screening service to ensure formalized policy acknowledgment and accurate records.
