History
The Harding Street Loft Building was originally constructed between 1894 and 1898 to house the H. Lauter Furniture Company. It was purchased by the J. Solotken Recycling Company, recyclers of metal and paper, in 1936. In 2011, the “U” shaped 4 story building was purchased by Core Redevelopment to be recycled and reapportioned into unique loft style living spaces.
