  • Where can I find my rent payment and lease details?

    Your Online Portal gives you 24/7 access to pay rent, submit maintenance requests and more. To set up your Online Portal, visit enclavepm.com/resident-portal.

  • When is my rent due?

    Rent is due on the 1st  and is late at the end of day on the 5th of every month.

  • What happens if I miss a rent payment?

    We understand that mistakes happen from time-to-time and we're happy to waive the late fee on your first missed payment. Never miss a payment when you set up auto-pay from your Online Portal.


    Indiana residents - If unpaid he first late fee will be on the 6th and will be $50 and a second late fee of $50 will be charged on the 11th.


    Ohio Residents - If unpaid a late fee of $50 is charged on the 6th

  • I want a furry friend! What steps do I need to take?

    Please contact the office so we can send you the Pet Screening website for you to fill out for your new friend and to get the correct pet fee's applied to your account once approved.

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Login to your Online Portal. On the right hand of the screen is the Request Maintenance option. In the case of an emergency, please call your leasing office.

  • Who do I call if I am locked out of my apartment?

    Please call your leasing office and follow the emergency maintence prompts.

  • Can I mount a TV or other decorations?

    Yes! We're excited for you to move in and personalize your space. If you create holes in the wall, please do not fix them before moving out. Our team of professionals will repair the wall to make the space move-in ready for the next resident for a small fee.

  • What if I plan to move?

    We would love for you to stay, but if you must go, you are required to submit a 60 day notice to your leasing office in writing on our form.  Please contact your leasing office to have the form emailed to you.
