Stadium Renaissance, available as four build-to-suit parcels zoned for office and research use with the intent of attracting high-tech users to fit the developing 16-Tech neighborhood. The larger of the two parcels, located on the corner of 16th and Harding Streets, will accomodate users ranging in size from 40,000 to 120,000 square feet. The smaller parcel, approximately 7,000 to 21,000 square feet, will be located to the west of the stadium and seek to attract a similar tenant.
16th Street Renaissance is an 85,000 square foot multi tenant industrial building located at 1102 E. 16th Street. Currently, there is a remaining 50,000 square feet available for lease.
